Menu one 

100% beef burger, pork sausages, lemon & thyme flavoured chicken thighs, corn on the cob with butter, tossed mixed salad, fresh crunchy coleslaw, sauces, relish & chutneys, soft bread rolls

Menu two 

100% beef burgers, pork sausages, chicken & chorizo chicken skewers, lamb kofta kebab, char grilled vegetables, tossed mixed salad, fresh crunchy coleslaw, sauces, relish & chutneys, soft bread rolls

Menu three 

100% beef burger, pork sausages, piri piri chicken breast with zesty lime & coriander salsa, salmon & prawn skewers, corn on the cob roasted with Smokey paprika, chargrilled vegetables, tossed mixed salad, fresh crunchy coleslaw, sauces, relish & chutneys, soft bread rolls.

Change the plain pork sausage flavour on any menu  & choose from one of the following: pork & caramelised red onion, pork & apple, pork & leek, Lincolnshire, Cumberland, sage & black pudding, beef & horseradish, fiery chilli

Roast cobs 

Beef, pork, lamb or turkey freshly roasted & carved, served with soft bread rolls, sauces, stuffing & onions

Hog roast

Full hog roast will serve approximately 150 people served with onions, stuffing, apple sauce & bread rolls

Additions:

Baby buttery new potatoes with mint, jacket potatoes, roasted garlic & thyme potatoes – add one to any menu for an extra £2.50 per person

Rustic bread selection with butter or oils
